Clinical Work
- Led and co-facilitated psychotherapy groups (and individual sessions) in the areas of: substance abuse, domestic violence, anger management, parenting, and cognitive skills.
- Assisted clients in their development of coping skills, self-esteem, communication skills, rational thought processes, and stress management
- Developed and implemented psychoeducational curriculum
- Counseled refugees in the above mentioned areas
- Utilized Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Client -Centered Counseling, and Solution Focused Therapy
Coaching
- Organize individual, group, and team lessons
- Design and implement multi-day camps and clinics
- Volunteer coach for Pima CC
- Trained and developed new hires. Seven out of ten employees were promoted to higher paying positions.
- Responsible for Budgeting, cost control and overall profitability of the branch. My branch was a top 5 performer.
- Developed trainings on profitability increasing retention.
- Created and presented strategies for increasing productivity; yielding higher rates of efficiency.
- Created proposals/subcontracts for multi-million dollar projects with the City of Tucson
Sales
- Consistently in the top 15 percent for personal sales in the Phoenix group.
- Implemented promotional programs to optimize revenue levels in a saturated market. Consistently earning a quarter million dollars in revenue.
- Conducted market research, identified emerging trends, and introduced marketing strategies that increased revenue 30 percent.
