Clinical Work
  • Led and co-facilitated psychotherapy groups (and individual sessions) in the areas of: substance abuse, domestic violence, anger management, parenting, and cognitive skills. 
  • Assisted clients in their development of coping skills, self-esteem, communication skills, rational thought processes, and stress management
  • Developed and implemented psychoeducational curriculum 
  • Counseled refugees in the above mentioned areas
  • Utilized Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Client -Centered Counseling, and Solution Focused Therapy
Coaching
  • Organize individual, group, and team lessons
  •  Design and implement multi-day camps and clinics

  • Trained and developed new hires. Seven out of ten employees were promoted to higher paying positions.
  • Responsible for Budgeting, cost control and overall profitability of the branch. My branch was a top 5 performer.

  •  Created and presented strategies for increasing productivity; yielding higher rates of efficiency.
  • Created proposals/subcontracts for multi-million dollar projects with the City of Tucson

  • Consistently in the top 15 percent for personal sales in the Phoenix group.
  •  Implemented promotional programs to optimize revenue levels in a saturated market. Consistently earning a quarter million dollars in revenue.
  • Conducted market research, identified emerging trends, and introduced marketing strategies that increased revenue 30 percent.
